A new, sustainable office building was constructed on a former agricultural site in accordance with the circularity criteria of the Municipality of Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht and in keeping with the wishes of Persy Control Services PLC (“PCS”). Opened in June 2023, the High Line-Moynihan Connector is part of a long-standing vision to create safer, more enjoyable pedestrian access while connecting people to transit and seamlessly linking public open spaces and other community assets on Manhattan’s West Side.
