The project, which began construction in May 2020, was successfully delivered thanks to the collaborative work of the project team. Utilizing the P3 model for project procurement, the team was able to utilize its collective local expertise and understanding of the local environment to minimize project risk. The result was the delivery of a transportation corridor that will provide greater access to residents and visitors for decades to come.
“It truly was a team effort that allowed us to deliver the Highway 104 project successfully,” said Quesnel. “Our partners in DNA helped us deliver a project that our team, and Nova Scotians, should be proud of.”
