Why social context is key to bringing nature into the built environment

Well, it doesn’t take much nature to have a measurable benefit – research has shown that as little as 5-20 minutes in a pocket park or tiny forest can provide mental restoration and other benefits. In addition, when you start to look around, there’s more space for nature than you might think.
