“I'm on the VIBE U.S. ERG Leadership Committee and co-lead for Philadelphia’s Inclusion and Diversity group. Each June we hold an office Pride picnic and fundraise for a Philly LGBTQIA+ organization. Belonging and inclusivity require trust and compassion. Without connection and safety, these buzzwords remain unachievable. Initiatives fostering connection and safe spaces in the office nurture true belonging and authenticity.”
