WSP has designed one of the world’s longest bridges solely for public transport, pedestrians and cyclists.

WSP’s placemaking and street design specialists helped deliver a major transformation of Strand Aldwych, converting one of London’s busiest and most congested roads into a new 7,000m2 pedestrian space. This makes the area a destination in its own right and an economic and social hub.

The 56km-long Tuen Ma line – now the longest line of Hong Kong’s MTR network connecting the former West Rail Line and Ma On Shan Line with six new stations planned under the strategic Shatin-to-Central Link project – greatly enhances the city’s railway network coverage.

WSP contributed its experience to the largest tunnel project in America part of the megaproject of 18 tunnels, 30 bridges and 17 kilometers of open-air roads in Colombia.
