Jeff Larkin has extensive program and project management experience within the power industry, primarily in the transmission and distribution sectors. He has worked on major projects in the U.S., UK, Middle East, Asia, and Africa, including a program management assignment on the Iraq electrical reconstruction program, a multibillion-dollar program to rebuild, expand, and modernize the country’s war-torn electrical system. His current responsibilities include identifying strategic opportunities to serve clients in various power markets. Jeff has a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Bradford and an MBA from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, and is a chartered engineer.
