Kira Dunn serves as energy grants lead for WSP’s Advisory Services business. She works with clients to meet their clean transition goals by planning and managing competitive grant funds from federal, state and local public sources. Kira is based in the Boston office and brings 20 years of successful grant management providing technical and strategic guidance, proposal development, program and evaluation design in the energy and innovation sectors.
