Denver International Airport (DIA) is the sixth-busiest airport in the nation and the primary driver of Colorado’s economy, transporting more than 58.3 million passengers and generating more than $26 billion of economic activity annually.
WSP USA has provided a host of advisory services as part of our program management and capital improvement planning contracts to maintain and enhance the airport’s operations, including asset management, public-private partnership advisory and financial management. We have helped DIA to develop an overarching asset management policy, vision and strategy including guidance on life cycle costing, capital planning, financial analysis, condition assessment and risk-based asset evaluations to improve reliability and implement enhanced maintenance strategies. We continue to advise and support DIA with strategic planning and improvement initiatives as part of its goal to optimize asset performance and reliability and deliver a world-class asset management program.
