WSP has been providing program management to Denver International Airport for the past five years on through multiple projects including the Concourse Expansion Program, overseeing the delivery of 39 additional gates across concourses A, B and C expansions. Our scope of services entails serving as the Airport Infrastructure Management (AIM) group’s representative to provide design and construction oversight and manage the design teams and contractors in successfully completing the project in accordance with all contract requirements. Our team is also responsible for managing the project’s budget, schedule, quality and safety programs to ensure the project is implemented with minimal unplanned disruptions of ongoing operations. We will engage all affected stakeholders to keep all informed of project progress and minimize impacts on the passenger experience. We will also provide change management and closeout services to assure successful handover of the completed projects to the owner.
Through a separate contract, WSP is providing Program Management Support Services (PMSS) consisting of 38 task orders, industry best practices benchmark of DEN’s projects, redevelopment of the Program Management Guidelines procedures, development training for the new workflows, and development and management of the capital plan for Denver International Airport.
